they're a airy cereal and take up a ton of volume, the appeal to these are the lack of fat focusing on high volume and purely simple carbs. It's why people use this cereal for body building competitions since its easy digesting and also very popular for cutting weight due to it's higher volume

Rice crispies are one of the foods were the generic brands are indistinguishable. There is no difference between the name brand and Great Value
