Looking for a power backup (for up to 24 hours) for a fridge that uses 430KWH/year, or 1.2 KWH/day. This thing claims 1.536KWH I wonder if this is enough to do the job?

Your fridge does not need to run the entire day to keep food frozen. Can for an hour, leave off for four. Repeat. But yes, this should get you darn close to a full day.

Been looking to get a portable power supply like this, need the 1800W type of output. Anticipate using it for portable power at farmers markets and arts & crafts shows to power an inkjet printer and heat press.

What would be the benefit of getting this unit vs something like this (New & similar price) from VTOMAN?

https://www.ebay.com/itm/31613260...4790650186

Specifically their Jump 1800, which is $467 after the 15% coupon (THINGSYOULOVE).

And they have a refurb as well for $297 after the same coupon code here:

Another great deal is $499 for the delta 3 plus with the same discount code. The plus has less capacity, but dual 500w solar charge ports for a combined 1kw solar charging. In addition, the plus can do time of use charging and has 10ms UPS. These are both great options for a UPS. I prefer the extra capacity of the 1500, but if you plan on increasing capacity by getting extra batteries, the dual solar charge ports make this a potentially better option. Especially when considering on a sunny day you could make up to 1,000 watts an hour and run most stuff continuously without any battery loss.

No, my 5kw system barely makes it for a LG inverter fridge with lights and some wifi stuff. It's a constant 150-250w draw.

What I failed to calculate was what the inverter uses just being on

switchover of 15ms is better than the 20ms of Delta 2 but not as good as regular UPS or the Delta 3 plus with under 10ms

Yes capacity vs features

For the capacity/runtime folks $40 less for 1.5kWh.
For the extra solar input, slightly faster ms switchover, etc 1kWh $499 D3Plus great too

My garage refrigerator uses about 700 watt-hours a day according to the cheap amazon power meter.

Using my Victron Home Built system (18 watts system idle), it uses about 1200 watt-hours a day.

I think the system AC losses on the Delta 3 1500 is probably higher than mine and the refrigerator uses 400 watt-hours a day more than mine.

I also tested my refrigerator using a 1-hour on and 3-hour off cycle time and it saved about 35%. It ran harder when it was on during the on/off test to cool everything down and that is why it didn't save 70% of the power like I expected.

If you actually cut the AC off on the EcoFlow during the "off" time to reduce the idle losses, it would probably make 24 hours with plenty of room to spare.

you're going to get less than an hour off an 1800w heat press. resistive heating would destroy any battery setup - you'd need a proper generator.

Yeah, it's a 1300W type of oven press, so I was aware of the short run time; had estimated at about 1.5 hours on average. Did not consider the impact back to the battery itself, and after some further research it does sound like a generator is the better way to go. The only issue becomes that of sound/noise, as a lot of farmers markets won't tolerate them or you need special permission and booth spacing.
